submit our insurance verification form. Our billing specialists will contact your insurance company directly and let you know exactly what's covered and your out-of-pocket cost — usually within 1 business day.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Once your insurance is verified and any required prescriptions are received, most orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–5 business days via standard shipping.
Do I need a prescription for my supplies?
Some items — like wheelchairs, diabetic shoes, and certain diabetic supplies — require a doctor's prescription for insurance billing. We coordinate directly with your doctor's office to obtain the necessary orders.
Can I set up automatic refills?
Yes! Once you're set up as a patient, we can automatically process refills on schedule based on your prescription and insurance coverage. You'll receive a reminder before each shipment.
What if I have Medicare and a secondary insurance?
