2. Services Offered
AA Medical Supply is a licensed DMEPOS supplier providing durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics, and related supplies. We bill Medicare, Medicaid, and most major insurance plans on behalf of our patients.
3. Prescription Requirements
Many items we provide require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. We will coordinate with your provider to obtain the required documentation. We reserve the right to refuse any order without a valid prescription where one is required by law.
4. Insurance Billing
By submitting a verification request, you authorize AA Medical Supply to contact your insurance company to confirm benefits and bill claims on your behalf. You remain responsible for any deductibles, copayments, or amounts not covered by your insurance plan.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted only with a valid sales receipt and within 30 days of purchase, for merchandise that is unopened, unused, or re-sellable. Certain items are non-returnable, including stockings, bras, wigs, prosthesis, wound care, blood glucose supplies, urological supplies, ostomy supplies, bath benches, raised toilet seats, commodes, and custom items. A monthly rental charge will apply to returned equipment.
6. Limitation of Liability
AA Medical Supply provides medical equipment for personal use. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Always follow the instructions provided with each item and consult your healthcare provider with medical questions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of AA Medical Supply or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
8. Changes to Terms
