With qualifying insurance, most patients pay nothing. If an item isn't fully covered, we'll tell you the exact out-of-pocket cost before you commit — no surprises. You can also pay out-of-pocket for any item.

Some items (like CGMs, diabetic shoes, braces, and CPAP supplies) require a prescription from your doctor for insurance to cover them. Don't have one yet? We can coordinate directly with your physician's office to obtain it.

Most orders ship directly to your home within 3–5 business days, at no cost on insurance-covered orders. We'll keep you updated along the way.

We offer automatic refills on a schedule based on your prescription, so you never run out. When you log in to your account, you can also see when each item is due to be refilled and request it with one click.
