Does my insurance cover medical supplies?
Most likely, yes. We accept Medicare Part B, Medicaid, and most major insurance plans (Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, Humana, Cigna and more). Many durable medical equipment items are covered at $0 out of pocket with qualifying coverage.
How do I verify my insurance?
Just use our Verify My Insurance form, or call us at (248) 432-2620. We check your eligibility in minutes and handle all the paperwork with your insurance company for you.
What will it cost me?
With qualifying insurance, most patients pay nothing. If an item isn’t fully covered, we’ll tell you the exact out-of-pocket cost before you commit — no surprises. You can also pay out-of-pocket for any item.
Do I need a prescription?
Some items (like CGMs, diabetic shoes, braces, and CPAP supplies) require a prescription from your doctor for insurance to cover them. Don’t have one yet? We can coordinate directly with your physician’s office to obtain it.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship directly to your home within 3–5 business days, at no cost on insurance-covered orders. We’ll keep you updated along the way.
How do I reorder or get refills?
We offer automatic refills on a schedule based on your prescription, so you never run out. When you log in to your account, you can also see when each item is due to be refilled and request it with one click.
Am I eligible for a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM)?
If you have diabetes and meet Medicare or insurance criteria, you may qualify for a FreeStyle Libre 3 or Dexcom G7 at $0 cost. Check eligibility on our CGM page or call us.

Can I return an item?
Yes — within 30 days with your receipt, for unopened/unused resellable items. Some items (e.g. stockings, wound care, blood glucose and urological/ostomy supplies, bath benches, raised toilet seats, commodes and custom items) are not returnable. See our Return Policy for details.
How do I pay a bill?
